Mammary reconstruction in Tunisia

There are 3 classical methods to reconstruct the chest :

The reconstruction through mammary prothesis only.
The reconstruction through mammary prothesis and the strip of the big Dorsal
The reconstruction through the strip without prothesis type Big Straight

It is possible to reconstruct the chest using tissues from other parts of the body (strip) ;either the skin of the abdomen (strip of the big straight), either the skin of the back(the strip of the big dorsal).

The strip of the Big Dorsal uses the skin of the back and the muscle of the big dorsal (which function is not indispensable in everyday movements)

Advantages:
In certain case it allows to reconstruct the chest without prothesis at the expense of a scar that can be hidden by brassiere .This is a reliable and useful method.

Disadvantages :
Most often the adding of the prothesis under the strip is necessary in order to reconstruct a sufficient volume for the chest. The skin color of the back is sometimes different from that of the chest that provides with an aspect of 'cutaneous patch'.
